Conference rates are fully inclusive of 3 meals, conference facilities, 2 x tea breaks, selected Team Building with a facilitator (conditions apply), accommodation and VAT. RED HOT SPECIALS - CONDITIONS OF STAY

1. "RED HOT" specials exclude selected peak periods - these will be quoted for on enquiry.
2. A surcharge of R75.00 p.p.p.n is applicable to executive rooms
3. "RED HOT" rates quoted are per person per night and include Dinner, Bed and Breakfast.
4. Midweek specials that overlap a weekend: the Friday and/or Saturday night will be charged at the 2 night WEEKEND SPECIAL (unless it is a long or speciality weekend then the applicable rate will be charged.)
5. We will endeavour to honour the quoted rates till 31 August 2010 but they are subject to change without notice.
6. A qualitour levy of R1.14 per room per night is not included.
7. Children's rates include dinner, bed and breakfast and are applicable to children sharing with 2 adults. Under 5's stay free.
